Support procurement on scopes of work and RFPs.
Lead performance reviews and corrective action plans.
Establish and maintain regional operational standards, operating procedures, and SLAs.
Manage oversight of contracted operators and third-party service providers.
Oversee safety and training programs.
Translate strategic objectives into operational plans. Define, monitor, and report KPIs.
Oversee customer service standards and complaint resolution.

Knowledge of and experience with maritime transit operations and related laws, rules and regulations. Knowledge of innovative mobility solutions.
10-15 years of progressively responsible transit operations experience.
Bachelor's degree or commensurate transportation experience.

Must have the ability to contribute to management planning, as well as the development of programs to improve the performance of the mobility solutions.
Understanding of budget processes in the public sector, including budget development, planning, and administration.
Ability to identify and resolve operating problems and conflicts with assigned contractors.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced functions in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint; SharePoint administrator experience a plus.
SMS, ADA operations, emergency management knowledge.
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor when working with the public and to resolve complaints in a tactful manner.
