The main duties include installing home remodeling products according to Mad City’s standards, applying finish work as needed, and communicating with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments. Installers complete a job checklist with the homeowner at completion and treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.

We are searching for individuals who have basic remodeling or general construction experience. The individual will be responsible for showing up to work each day, completing quality work, answering homeowners' questions about the install, and connecting the homeowner with the office to receive final payment.
Qualifications include at least 6 months of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience, with some window installation experience preferred. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, be at least 21 years old, and possess strong communication and customer service skills. They must adhere to quality work standards.
