Senior Transportation Project Manager – Bridge

Description

• Prepare quantities and construction cost estimates for bidding.
• Lead plan production for roadway design projects using MicroStation ORD and/or AutoCAD/Civil 3D and AutoTurn .
• Apply engineering expertise and specialized software to solve complex transportation challenges.
• Collaborate with INDOT, local agencies, consultants, and contractors on projects.Develop project budgets, schedules, and technical proposals.
• Work on impactful municipal and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality design services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, PE license required. Ability to obtain multiple state licenses.
• Ability to travel to project and client sites as needed.
• Proficient in INDOT Plan Submittal Package Development and Process.
• Proficiency with Bentley Bridge Design products, Merlin Dash, Midas, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.
• Familiarity with HEC-RAS, HY8, and StormCAD is a plus.
• 15+ years of experience in roadway design and project management, especially with INDOT and local agency projects.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Prior experience with MicroStation/ORD and AutoCad Civil 3D
