- Deliver professional services including Party Wall matters, defect diagnosis, and technical due diligence.
- Act as Contract Administrator or Employer’s Agent on a variety of construction projects.
- Provide expert advice on building pathology, compliance, and statutory obligations.
- Manage client relationships and project stakeholders effectively.
- Contribute to business development and fee proposals.

- Proven post-qualification experience in a consultancy or client-side role.
- Full UK driving licence (or equivalent).
- MRICS Chartered status (Building Surveying pathway).
- Strong understanding of construction, building pathology, and property law.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD, NBS).
- Experience working with JCT and NEC contracts.
- Previous experience in team leadership or mentoring.
