Preparing and providing site reports, activity plans resource requirements and share it with the manager, preparing method of statement as and when required that can be shared with the customer and order management team in case asked by the customer or it is a contractual binding.
Analyze test data to identify potential defects, troubleshoot failures, and perform root cause analysis (RCA) on critical equipment issues. Provide technical expertise on troubleshooting failures, repairs, and evaluating if the equipment is designed to meet its intended or existing service conditions. Provides technical engineering input on repair details and offers onsite technical support.
Coordinating or interfacing with tools, service team and take care of high voltage tools, arranging, and properly use test equipment and tools to execute site activities for installation, testing and troubleshooting.
Completing GIS Bay or GIS compartment assembly work, minor fabrications if required, trouble shooting, and rectification of High Voltage products defect workable at customer site and advise the action plan if the repair work need to be carried out in Siemens Energy factory.
Capable of assimilating and quickly applying newly acquired technical information. Prepare detailed and professional test reports, including test results, observations, and corrective action recommendations.
Safety : Unwavering commitment to safety procedures, especially those related to high voltage and handling SF6 gas. Ensures necessary accident prevention measures are observed, and responsible for implementation of EHS guidelines.

Experience with electrical equipment, switchgears, High Voltage switchgear assembly, Monitoring and measuring equipment.
Installation & Commissioning: Understanding the specification and completing the installation & Commissioning site activities according to the contractual requirement & time schedule. Depth knowledge of GIS installation, commissioning, testing including HV PD.
Experience in GIS or High Voltage products.
5-8 Years Experience in high voltage products.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
Possess strong technical training, speaking, writing, and customer service skills.
