Assistant Community Manager- Mooresville Station

Description

Under the direction of the Community Manager, the Assistant Community Manager supports and assists in all aspects of community operations.

• Support the Community Manager in supervising all community associates.
• Participate in customer service and leasing activities.
• Assist leasing and marketing efforts.
• Prepare paperwork for new and renewal leases.
• Recommend rental rate adjustments or concessions.
• Review resident files and accounting records for unpaid or late fees, communicate with residents, implement collection procedures, and enforce lease agreements.
• Assist with resident loyalty and retention initiatives.
• Help organize daily work and community operations.
• Collect, post, and deposit rents, security deposits, and other community income.
• Support maintaining and managing budgeted occupancy and collections.

Requirements

• Minimum three years' experience as an onsite Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Consultant in multifamily housing, hospitality, or similar.
• Ability to deal effectively with customers and residents.
• Proficient communication skills in English.
