What you would be doing

Will maintain accurate inventory of repair parts, tools, and supplies conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies while organizing and labeling storage areas.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Coordinating with vendors to order parts will receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality tracking back orders and expedite deliveries when necessary.
Assisting maintenance technicians by locating and issuing required parts ensuring critical spare parts are stocked to minimize equipment downtime. Will collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to identify part needs.
Following safety protocols for handling and storing parts and chemicals.
Maintaining detailed records of part usage, purchases, and equipment history updating computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) with part transactions.

Evidence of High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required, technical or vocational training preferred.
Familiarity with investment casting equipment and processes is a plus.
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
2 or more years of experience in inventory or parts management, preferably in manufacturing or industrial setting and proficiency in inventory software and CMMS systems.
This position will require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for this position. The candidate must be able to work with export-controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to lift to 50 pounds working in a warehouse or shop environment.
