Team Leader (2pm - 10pm)

Description

• Support the line manager in coordinating and implementing daily activities within the department
• Enforce Restore Digital's policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines, ensuring team compliance
• Monitor team performance against objectives, escalate concerns, and identify training needs to enhance efficiency
• Act as the primary point of contact for the team, addressing enquiries and managing conflicting priorities
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a collaborative environment and leading by example
• Provide daily metrics and reports to line management
• Coach, advise, and motivate team members to achieve personal and professional excellence aligned with business goals
• Assume responsibility in the absence of the line manager, assigning tasks and ensuring the team operates efficiently

Requirements

• Previous experience in managing and leading teams to achieve operational targets
• Ability to effectively resolve problems and make informed decisions
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership, ideally in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, capable of handling customer complaints courteously and effectively
• Familiarity with working in a dynamic, deadline-driven setting
• Strong motivational and coaching skills with a proven track record of team development
