We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Global Cybersecurity Services Engineer Product Marketing Manager to define, launch, and measure the success of our OT Cybersecurity Services offerings worldwide. The role collaborates with regional product managers, sales teams, and the Product Cybersecurity Center of Excellence to drive organic and inorganic growth through strategic partnerships, and reports to the Director of the Product Cybersecurity COE. Applicants must reside within 50 miles (80 km) of an Eaton facility in Dubai, UAE.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or business administration (or equivalent); master’s in business administration preferred.
- Possess 5+ years of OT cybersecurity consulting, business development, or marketing experience.
- Possess 10+ years of marketing communications or channel program leadership experience.
- Demonstrate commercial leadership in sales, business development, or product management.
- Exhibit strong strategic thinking, analytical, and leadership abilities.
- Understand aftermarket and professional services strategy and digital services integration.
- Deliver compelling messaging and storytelling, translating technical concepts with real‑world examples and visuals.
- Have basic knowledge of legal, sales, marketing, and commercial topics related to ICS/OT cybersecurity.
- Show proven organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Utilize strong processes and state‑of‑the‑art systems and tools.
