Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Basic knowledge of PC components and their functions.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Some experience in Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra and Active Directory users and computers in a plus.
Positive attitude with the ability to take initiative.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
