Project Controls Manager

Develop and manage project schedules, controls, and team for power generation projects.

Tasks

-Utilize prescribed methods to plan & schedule work based on execution/management team feedback. -Provide time impact analysis for change orders. -Review & recommend approval for baseline schedule and resource load summary schedule and revisions. -Review of project documents to identify potential project impacts. -Establish project's master schedule, maintain schedule baseline, review and document schedule status and variances, and update status of schedule. -Advise project team on productivity trends and labor forecast analysis.

What You Bring

-Experience with EPC change management -Ability to adapt to change, unexpected events, and competing priorities. -Management experience with ability to delegate & direct work of others. -4+ years of experience in project controls or scheduling within power generation or similar industries. -Strong planning and organizational skills. -Strong verbal & written communication skills and problem-solving abilities. -Advanced skills in Oracle Primavera P6. -Previous experience working across multiple countries -Ability to maintain confidentiality and work as a team. -Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel. -Strong analytical skills. -Ability to identify & resolve problems in a timely manner.
