The Account Executive will coordinate cross‑functional support—including construction management, energy engineering, financial and legal resources—to develop and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals using tools such as Salesforce and account plans. Additionally, the individual will lead internal sales teams, act as the customer’s advocate within JCI, ensure proper training and project inspection, and contribute to regional sales and marketing strategies.
