The Recruiting Manager will be responsible for managing and executing full-cycle recruitment activities to support organizational hiring goals. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to conduct intake calls, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring process from start to finish. The Recruiting Manager will play a key role in driving recruitment initiatives, improving processes, and maintaining a high standard of candidate experience while building and leading a strong recruitment team aligned with company objectives. This role will have a small team of direct reports but will also be recruiting 90% of the time.
