We are seeking a professional, reliable, and customer‑focused Front of House / Facilities Co‑ordinator / Receptionist to manage the main reception and front desk of a busy, multi‑tenant office building in Bristol. The role is critical to day‑to‑day operation, safety and presentation of the building, acting as the first point of contact for tenants, visitors and contractors while delivering security, facilities and administrative duties. A background in facilities or building operations is preferred due to the hands‑on nature of the role.
The position is based in a tenanted office building in Bristol, working a 40‑hour week on a shift pattern between 7 am and 7 pm on weekdays, reporting to the Account Manager, with a salary of £28 K.
