Prepare and review monthly journal entries and ensure proper documentation.

Develop and maintain division budgets and forecasts and provide insightful variance analysis to leadership.
Oversee day-to-day financial operations, maintaining strong internal controls and adherence to company policies.
Participate in the ERP system implementation project (SAP), ensuring it aligns with financial processes and provides accurate data for decision-making.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Engineers to support project budgeting and cost tracking.
Supervise and mentor a small team of 2-3 accounting clerks, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Support internal and external audits, working with Corporate Finance and external auditors.
