The Maintenance Technician role is responsible for ensuring that both interior and exterior building components, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This includes diagnosing and repairing defects, performing preventative maintenance, and coordinating “make‑ready” preparations for vacant apartments.
