Liaise with Sub-contractors related to facility maintenance such as air conditioning, water, electricity, fabric of the building and roofing.

Maintain and develop the critical spares list and spares for all Plant & Equipment
Manage maintenance records for any maintenance undertaken
Arrange external services and repairs where required
Provide effective Facility Management services across Lakeside and unit 4 facilities and equipment to include construction, infrastructure repair and maintain.
Accountable for services such as cleaning, security, heating and air conditioning, to make sure the surrounding environment is in a suitable condition to work.
Participate in the Engagement Committee.
Supports and promotes zero incident EHS culture throughout site.
Works with EHS leader and MESH element champions to complete an annual evaluation of compliance for EHS country, state, and local regulations.
Establish maintenance programs for all plant & equipment
Responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of buildings to ensure that they meet health and safety standards and also the legal requirements.
Liaise with sub-contract toolmakers and service providers to ensure timely support for breakdown and tooling issues
MESH- Support Health and safety manager in control and operation of MESH functions.
Implement and maintain planned maintenance programme ensuring this is balanced with capacity planning and fulfils all EHS requirements.
Implements Repair and maintain plant manufacturing equipment for all Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Electrical breakdowns
Manage Critical machine review/
Maintain Standard work instructions applicable to Eaton lean system and TPM
Support project managers in new product introduction i.e. new machine MOC, training and implementation.
Undertake routine Maintenance duties as required
Working closely with EHS & CI Departments, Championing/Leading EHS Elements to include but not limited to Contractor Control, Security, Energy Usage, Emergency Protection Systems and working at height.
