Minimum of 4 years’ experience in code compliance review and construction inspections.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
Ability to travel through the region.
The selected candidate must be authorized to work in the United States; Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
OSHA 10 required.
NYS Department of State, Division of Building Standards and Codes certification required.
Strong ability to interpret and apply building codes, ordinances, and safety regulations.
