Maintain a proactive human resources function to ensure positive employee relations, training and development, wage/benefit administration and compliance with policies and procedures and labor regulations
Ensure accounts receivables are updated and invoices are sent and reconciled weekly. Follow-up with customer payments to ensure proper credit to accounts and escalate customer non-payment issues immediately
Report incidents to the appropriate people to include HR, Insurance, RDO, etc
Recommend and/or initiate salary, disciplinary, or other staffing/human resources-related actions in accordance with Company rules and policies. Alert General Manager of potential issues
Make recommendations for capital improvements to enhance the assets of the company and brand loyalty

Ensure all staff is properly trained and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their job functions
