Demonstrated experience across all RIBA Work Stages, with a deep understanding of workplace design principles and strategy
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Interior Design, Architecture, or Design Management
Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., BIID, RIBA, ARB, or similar) preferred
Proficiency in Revit, CDE platforms, and knowledge of other industry-standard design software
Exceptional leadership, team management, and mentoring skills
Creative, innovative thinker with a passion for delivering transformative, people-focused work environments
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational, and time-management skills
Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills, with proven capability in client presentations
Accredited with or actively pursuing BREEAM, WELL, or equivalent sustainability credentials (advantageous)
Experience delivering projects in a BIM environment
10+ years' experience with a strong record of leading workplace design projects in the UK
