Accurate completion and timely submission company documentation (Hard copy or electronic) as required per contract.
Form Part or the OOH’s on-call rota.
Have the ability to meet with a variety of Clients to represent the Company and remain courteous and professional in your dealings at all times
Undertake PPM’s from Emergency lighting, distribution board checks and local control panels, reactive maintenance with a drive on First time fix and carry out small installation works off the back of PPM and reactive works.
Work either as part of a maintenance team in delivery of mainly PPM and reactive works with occasional minor works projects.
Liaise closely with the engineering team to develop engineering solutions to meet clients requirements and budgets.
Use their own initiative to solve complicated technical problems associated with minor works activities, including sourcing parts & materials and seeking manufacturer technical support.
Observe the highest levels of health and safety at all times, including carrying out point of work risk assessments for every task to ensure the best possible working practices are adhered

Current Full UK Driver’s License
Have a sound understanding of the current edition of BS7671 and associated IET guidance documents in relation to best practice and principals.
C&G Lv 3 2357 or equivalent, having completed a relevant apprenticeship within your trade
CSR Site Supervisors Gold Card
Have sufficient knowledge of the current IET wiring regulations ensuring all works meet the requirements of the current IETwiring regulations.
Hold a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a building maintenance role, particularly in relation to planned, reactive and remedial maintenance
Registered CSCS/CSR Card or equivalent skill card
Suitably experienced in the delivery of all aspects of electrical Pre-Planned Maintenance, reactive and small project works across a varied portfolio of commercial properties.
High Voltage awareness training
Normal eyesight colour vision
High level of experience in planned & reactive maintenance on a commercial portfolio
