Establishing and building relationships with clients/owners, owner’s reps, architects and subcontractors, resulting in repeat business and recommendations

4 years of commercial construction industry experience. We will also consider college internship experience with similar companies in lieu of professional experience
A proficient knowledge of estimating
Experience with fast-paced schedules + effective time-management skills
Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Architecture, or Engineering preferred, but experience will be considered in lieu of education
Ability to communicate diplomatically at all levels, from front line to C-suite
Compassion, empathy and judgement
Proficiency with Excel, Bluebeam, BIM/Revit, P6 and Procore
