The Account Manager role is responsible for managing relationships with commercial and industrial customers in theField Service Territory of NSPM southeast (Winona, Red Wing, Wabasha). The goal is to drive high customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective account‑management strategies, collaborative planning, and delivery of demand‑side management programs.

Develop and implement account management strategies, including territory management, customer prioritization, key decision‑maker identification, collaborative planning, and demand‑side program delivery.
