  • Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities within projects, including change orders and future sales leads.
  • Build the team’s reputation for project management excellence within ERM.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to inform decision-making and ensure effective project delivery.
  • Meet personal billability and sales contribution targets.
  • Lead project teams to deliver on scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
  • Operate within ERM’s governance framework, including the PiC/PM model and authorization levels.
  • Ensure visibility of project objectives and expected benefits for both ERM and the client.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, wellbeing, and engagement within project teams.
  • Champion ERM’s commitment to health and safety, ensuring compliance with ERM and client safety protocols.
  • Apply ERM’s project governance systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce, PLAN, GMS) effectively.
  • Support profitability through efficient project execution and scope management.
  • Responsible for projects of low to moderate complexity, scale, and risk across multiple countries.
