Work in collaboration with Branch Managers, Account Managers and Clients to schedule and coordinate the execution of landscape enhancements projects including materials acquisition, personnel and equipment assignment, sequencing activity for optimal productions and minimal disruption to clients and tenants
Create client estimates and proposals for basic landscape renovations including basic design skills, plant, irrigation and production rate knowledge.
Track and adhere to budgeted hours, material costs and timelines to meet production and profitability goals
Ensure a safe workplace by implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures, observing field operations to reduce risk
Ensure accurate timekeeping, timely submitting of material expenses and invoicing completed work
Hire, train and manage enhancement crews to ensure a safe, efficient and productive workforce that provides industry leading quality of service and horticultural expertise

Skills & experience that are necessary as a Project Manager will include, but not limited to:
An AA or BA college degree and/or have a minimum of 2-3 years landscape experience is highly preferred
Horticultural, irrigation and landscape construction knowledge
Ability to communicate in English and Spanish is highly preferred
Have knowledge of landscape installation methodologies to ensure successful execution of designs and plant establishment. This shall include ability to read plans, have knowledge of common landscape plant species and irrigation systems
