Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Deep understanding of protection integration within digital substations, including IEC 61850, RTU/HMI systems, redundancy concepts, and coordination with EPCs and utilities.
Expertise in fault analysis, relay coordination, FAT/SAT support, and troubleshooting during commissioning and operation stages.
Advanced experience and strong technical command of protection relays including configuration, application engineering, testing support, and fault analysis. Ability to guide customers on protection philosophies, setting coordination, and application across feeders, transformers, generators, motors, and busbars.
Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, account management, or similar roles within the Kuwait market or regional power/industrial sectors.
Strong teamwork skills, with proven experience collaborating across local teams, cross-Business Units, and international stakeholders.
