The position acts as a liaison between design teams, project management, and construction, supporting coordination across engineers of record, design-assist partners, and subcontractors to drive clarity, close submittals, and resolve RFIs. It also assists with construction administration, QA/QC of design issuances, and change management by identifying cost and scope impacts. The overall focus is on efficient design delivery, alignment across buildings, and smooth integration of customer or tenant design needs.
- Manage Procore file structure and ensure architect/engineer compliance.
- Maintain accurate weekly design schedules and updates.
- Track design packages, narratives, and scopes, sharing information across buildings.
- Facilitate design alignment, lessons learned, and value‑engineering items.
- Coordinate design‑assist, EOR, and subcontractor engagement, including meeting trackers.
- Drive design clarity and push submittals and shop drawings to closure.
- Lead cross‑EOR coordination meetings and weekly construction administration sessions.
- Escalate and manage submittals, RFIs, and change management, supporting cost impact analysis.
- Conduct site visits with A&E partners and QA/QC team, including mock‑up reviews.
- Serve as liaison between project management, construction management, and design teams.
- Assist with customer/tenant design integration as needed.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in a related field, have at least four years of design/preconstruction or design-management experience, and are familiar with MEP systems in data-center environments. Strong English communication skills are required.
