Senior Tax Manager

Description

• Lead and mentor junior team members — supporting their development and ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of compliance and advisory work for corporate clients.
• Identify and develop business opportunities; contribute to the strategic growth of the tax practice.
• Provide expert advice on complex Irish & international tax matters, including corporate tax, cross‑border issues, restructuring, and evolving regulatory requirements.
• Build and manage strong client relationships; liaise with clients, tax authorities and other stakeholders.

Requirements

Are you a seasoned tax professional looking for a new challenge? We are recruiting a Senior Tax Manager for a dynamic tax practice, aiming to build strong client relationships, deliver high‑value advisory services, and lead a talented team.

• Strong technical knowledge of Irish tax law and international tax matters.
• Enjoy working in a firm with a great people centric culture.
• Excellent communication, client service and project‑management skills.
• Significant PQE — proven experience delivering both compliance and advisory work for corporate clients.
• Leadership aptitude and ability to mentor junior staff.
• Qualified tax/accounting professional (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent).
