The successful candidate must live in or around Norwich and will report to the Area Partner. This fully employed position provides the flexibility of a self‑employed model, allowing the partner to manage their own diary and serve customers at convenient times.

Compensation includes a basic salary of £25,000‑£27,500 dependent on experience, with on‑target earnings exceeding £50,000 through an uncapped commission scheme. Additional perks comprise a company car, profit share, pension, and a comprehensive bonus structure.
