Operates motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment, some of which may require specialized training.
Must wear and maintain all company provided, and non-company provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Respond attentively to training from foreman, or more senior handlers in order to increase own knowledge of work processes.
Physically handle materials used to construct wood building components and finished products. While performing the responsibilities of the position, the employee is required to continually lift 50 pounds with occasionally lifting up to 80 pounds. Be able to bend, twist, squat, and reach while maintaining safety standards.

Must be capable of handling Wisconsin weather where it can be -10 one day and 70 the next day.
Understands and observes all safety procedures and practices in order to prevent injury to self or co-workers: attends periodic safety meetings as required.
