Manage periodic setup of work files including verifying and reviewing source data.
Contribute to the maintenance and accuracy of internal data management systems.
Prepare accurate analysis of asset and market level real estate data to be used in the asset underwriting and valuation process.
Complete periodic comparisons of analysis files to analyze impacts and attribute variances.
Conduct research and data collection from both internal database and third-party sources with respect to market rental rates, comparable building transactions, realty tax estimates, and general market knowledge.
Develop cash flow projections or portions of cash flow projections to be used in the appraisal and managed services process, using industry standard software such as Argus Enterprise or other appropriate software.

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Outlook, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Etc.), basic skills in creating financial models (i.e., Excel, Argus, etc.)
Ability to understand and interpret a lease for modeling, understanding of source data that consists of budgeting, actuals, rent roll, recoveries, etc.
Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and oral presentation.
Real estate background, specifically commercial and property valuation experience is an asset.
2.8 to 5 years relevant work experience preferably in Commerce, Real Estate, Economics, or Finance.
