Due to the nature of the work, you are required to currently hold and maintain a minimum Negative Vetting 1 or higher Security clearance as required by the Commonwealth. In some instances, compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements may also be an inherent requirement.

- Leadership & Team Development: Experience in leadership roles with the ability to coach, guide, and implement strategy and change.
- Technical & Systems Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with the One Defence Capability System (ODCS).
- Project Management Experience: Demonstrated success operating in high-paced project environments, coordinating diverse teams to achieve goals.
- Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Defence Capability Expertise: Desirable experience in Defence Capability Projects, CASG environments, and knowledge of Defence policy, legislation, and cross-functional technical teams.
