Lead project meetings including pre-award, pre-construction, project progress and final close-out.
Review design documents for conformance to company standards and compliance within scope of work.
Travel to the project site to monitor activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Generate and distribute reports on all project phases and financial performance.
Will oversee procurement process, cost control, and change management systems.
Set-up QA/QC procedures and conduct quality inspections.
Uphold core safety values of the company and collaborate with the EH&S Director to effectively communicate and enforce safety standards.
Develop, enhance, and maintain effective client relations.
Work with department managers, project engineers, and discipline leads to develop budgets, schedules, and construction services plans for various elements of the project.
In coordination with Site Superintendent, develop and maintain site logistics plans and personnel assignments.
Perform field inspections to verify quality and accuracy of construction.

Five to ten (5-10) years of experience managing medium to large sized federal projects.
Strong oral and written communication skills required.
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field highly preferred. Previous related work experience may substitute.
Previous project experience working with blueprints, specifications, and proposals in order to successfully coordinate time/cost/labor estimates.
Effectively utilizes strong understanding of client's mission, policies, technical procedures, and project delivery business processes to plan and define program goals and devise methods to achieve them.
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
Ability to delegate work appropriately.
Must have excellent analytical and organizational skills.
You must be a US Citizen.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Salary range: $100,000-$120,000/annual based on experience, plus eligible to participate in Short Term Incentive Plan.
