In this position you will support multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously, reporting to a senior member of the Development Team. You will be responsible for delivering concept studies, transport assessments, travel plans and related analyses, and for ensuring projects meet budget, programme, technical and legal requirements. Collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary design teams will be essential to achieve high‑quality outcomes.
We are looking for candidates with a numerate degree in Transport, Mathematics, Geography, Civil Engineering, Planning or a related subject, and substantial experience delivering transport planning projects across development planning, scheme delivery, sustainable transport, active travel and junction design. Strong client‑facing skills, written communication, knowledge of transport planning guidance and proficiency with junction modelling software are essential. The role also requires financial and programme management experience, line‑management capability and a robust understanding of contractual aspects of planning and delivery. Near‑Chartership or equivalent postgraduate experience is desirable.
