The Managing Director will set and implement ADEY’s long‑term strategy, five‑year plan and annual budgets, steering the company toward sustainable growth and profitability. The role also involves guiding the next phase of business transformation—covering product innovation, commercial proposition, technical support, quality, customer service and talent management—while maintaining operational excellence across manufacturing, distribution and customer engagement. Extensive travel is expected as the leader works closely with customers and partners.
The successful candidate will hold a relevant degree or equivalent and have experience in building products or related sectors, with a proven track record of delivering profitable growth in mature markets. Strong commercial and financial acumen across sales, marketing, operations and product development is essential, as is demonstrated ability to lead large teams, drive operational improvement and develop talent. Expertise in stakeholder management, negotiation at scale, Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement and working within a group structure is also required.
