

Provides electricity and natural gas to millions in Northern and Central California.
The Electric Engineering team ensures the delivery of safe and reliable electric service to our customers. It is responsible for PG&E’s electric distribution and transmission operations, including planning, engineering, maintenance and construction, asset management, business planning, restoration, and emergency response.
The role evaluates the effectiveness of business processes, practices, and procedures, recommending improvements. It performs analysis on complex data models, identifies inefficiencies, and proposes solutions that enhance operational effectiveness.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, or have equivalent experience, and possess at least four years of relevant work experience. A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is desired.
This position is hybrid, working from a remote office and an assigned work location within the PG&E Service Territory, with flexibility in the Bay Area or California. The salary range is $98,000–$146,000 for the Bay Area and $93,000–$139,000 for California, with actual compensation based on skills, experience, and other factors.
