Senior Project Coordinator

Description

• Administrative: scheduling meetings, communications, email correspondence, letters, couriers, etc.
• Compile Close-out Checklist and Submission of Close-out documents, prepare Certificates of Completion and arrange for Certificates of Publication at the time of Close-out
• Liaise with clients, sub-contractors, vendors as well as the entire team
• Prepare subcontracts, P.O’s, change orders and site instructions
• Maintain safety records and basic safety audits
• Participate in tender and contract preparation as well as partner with the Estimator to assemble bids, track inquiries and requests for pricing.
• Participate in project meetings/prepare minutes
• Prepare regular progress reports

Requirements

• Experience working with AutoCAD and industry related software
• Exceptional communication skills, written, verbal, online
• Demonstrated commitment to your team and the aims and goals of the company
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering Tech or C.E.T, strong technical knowledge
• Keen sense of foresight and versatility and a track record for creative problem solving
• Ability to understand engineering drawings and specifications
• Demonstrated experience developing customer focused client relationships
• Exceptional ability to manage project activities with strong attention to detail
• Minimum 6 years progressing in construction industry, experienced in managing Water/Sewer Projects
