  • Drive process for systemic operational procurement improvements at sites and Focus supplier sites through the use of procurement/materials tools
  • Monitor overall supplier performance metrics (Past Due, OTD, QA, etc.) and address performance gaps by driving defined tactical strategies in accordance with the Focus Supplier Process or other short-term recovery plans
  • Build organizational capability by developing commodity knowledge/procurement process expertise to support effective supplier selection, management, continuous improvement, and problem solving
  • Manage other department and team duties as required, related to reliable on-time site procurement/supplier execution and supplier delivery improvement
  • Develop and maintain supplier performance analysis and reports to enable ops procurement functional leadership to assess the health of suppliers and site procurement effectiveness, taking corrective action as required
  • Work cross-functionally with SCM, Engineering, and Operations to ensure supplier sourcing, launch, and ongoing performance meet defined targets and overall business needs
  • Establish and maintain best-in-class processes in alignment with the site procurement procedures and training guides
