Mentor and guide design teams, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented studio culture
Oversee project execution to ensure design quality, timely delivery, and client satisfaction
Manage client relationships and resolve challenges with strategic, design-led solutions
Partner with senior leadership to align creative direction with business objectives

Strong client engagement skills with a track record of building lasting relationships
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional design teams and manage projects from concept to completion
10+ years of experience in interior design, architecture, or related fields
Proficient in project planning, scoping, proposal development, and presentations
In-depth knowledge of design trends, market positioning, and innovation
Strategic mindset with strong leadership, emotional intelligence, and communication skills
Experience working across multiple locations and with senior stakeholders
Ability to represent the studio’s values and maintain high creative and operational standards
