The Front Office Executive serves on the front lines of customer service, managing one of the busiest places in the office – the front desk. You will greet visitors, guide them and employees, and handle all incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and politeness. The role sets the benchmark for a good first impression and continuously seeks ways to maintain and improve the front office experience.
Daily responsibilities include maintaining reception displays with the latest magazines and newspapers, updating telephone registers, call‑tracking logs and client contact databases, and performing general administrative and help‑desk tasks. You will also contribute to the monthly management report for the client, participate in emergency evacuation procedures, and develop policies and procedures for reception functions. Additional duties may involve managing conference rooms, coordinating events, and arranging flower decorations.
To succeed, you should be a graduate in any discipline with one to five years of front‑desk or reception management experience. Proven experience with continuous‑improvement initiatives, client reporting, occupational safety requirements, and strong computer literacy is essential. A strong customer‑service focus, unmatched people skills, and outstanding multitasking ability are also required.
