Interim Chief of Staff

• Provide targeted support, including complex diary management, briefing packs, and drafting executive-level presentations/communications for investors and leadership.
• Pipeline Management: Run market scans, maintain a structured buy-side M&A pipeline, and track targets.
• Insight Generation: Design, build, and maintain performance dashboards in Power BI/Tableau. Translate complex datasets into concise insights and recommendations for the CEO and SLT.
• Diligence Coordination: Coordinate buy-side diligence Q&A between internal SMEs and external advisors, preparing pre-work and Day-1/Day-30 planning materials.
• Orchestrate the CEO's Cadence: Plan and run the leadership team (SLT) meetings and working groups, managing agendas, action logs, and follow-through to maintain momentum.
• Data Integrity: Harmonise reporting from all entities to create a single "source of truth."
• Drive Integration: Manage the day-to-day integration of the four businesses into a single operating model, coordinating cross-functional workstreams and tracking the overall roadmap, risks, and dependencies.

You are a trusted partner, an exceptional organiser, and a clear, succinct communicator with an ownership mindset.

• Proven experience as a Chief of Staff, corporate development, strategy, or senior operations support.
• Proven experience supporting business integration and synthesizing management/board-grade reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and Excel (strong data hygiene is a must).
• Exceptional organisational skills and sound judgement, particularly on sensitive matters.

• Hands-on buy-side M&A exposure (pipeline tracking, diligence coordination).
