  • Provide targeted support, including complex diary management, briefing packs, and drafting executive-level presentations/communications for investors and leadership.
  • Pipeline Management: Run market scans, maintain a structured buy-side M&A pipeline, and track targets.
  • Insight Generation: Design, build, and maintain performance dashboards in Power BI/Tableau. Translate complex datasets into concise insights and recommendations for the CEO and SLT.
  • Diligence Coordination: Coordinate buy-side diligence Q&A between internal SMEs and external advisors, preparing pre-work and Day-1/Day-30 planning materials.
  • Orchestrate the CEO's Cadence: Plan and run the leadership team (SLT) meetings and working groups, managing agendas, action logs, and follow-through to maintain momentum.
  • Data Integrity: Harmonise reporting from all entities to create a single "source of truth."
  • Drive Integration: Manage the day-to-day integration of the four businesses into a single operating model, coordinating cross-functional workstreams and tracking the overall roadmap, risks, and dependencies.
