Maintain contractor relations while enforcing project requirements.
Participate in key construction and HSSE meetings.
The job holder is responsible to: Oversee all engineering activities related to procurement and construction during Detailed Engineering phase, and close follow up for both area OSA/Utilities & Process; Prepare the onshore campaign; and, Ensure close out
During the Detailed Engineering phase, the job holder is responsible, within the team located in the engineering offices and under the Package Manager, for overseeing and advising the engineering team with regards to engineering activities related to construction and procurement. The job holder is also in charge of the preparation of the overall construction activities to be carried out by the EPC Contractor on SITE (and Subcontractors).
Track punch lists and support commissioning activities.
Ensure proper resource mobilization and documentation compliance.
Monitor progress, quality, HSSE, and timely completion of construction activities.
Report regularly to Manager and propose corrective actions.
The job holder ensures that all HSSE, Quality and Technical contractual requirements are duly applied by EPC Contractor and all Subcontractors on the construction discipline.
The job holder is also accountable for demonstrating, individually, an exemplary behaviour with regard to HSE, ethics and “code of conduct”.
Oversee EPSCC contractor performance and ensure compliance with Project standards.

Project management skills (Budget/Cost/Schedule)
Language: English as mother tongue or Fluent in English (speaking and writing), French and/or Arabic language is a plus.
Degree: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Knowledge and understanding of contract management
Excellent knowledge in civil works & earthworks, infrastructures, engineering, construction, installation, commissioning
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Professional experience: 15 years minimum.
Ability to work in a multi-cultural business environment.
Mandatory experience in a similar position: 10 Years
