In the Senior Valuation Specialist role you will execute valuation and appraisal assignments—including financial reporting, purchase accounting, Net Asset Value calculations, periodic reporting, tax, and lending—for corporate clients, REITs, pension funds, and lenders. You will collaborate with team members across geographies to deliver exceptional client service, independently gather data through client interviews, and review industry surveys, benchmarks, and economic trends. Additionally, you will prepare and present analysis results in a clear and concise manner.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a team‑player mentality are essential for success.

Compensation is commission‑based and includes an annual bonus tied to company and individual performance.
