Work with departments across the organization to ensure that project materials are available and in place as needed
Create and manage the full project schedule from project kickoff to project closeout
Manage all project finance requirements, including billings, project setup, project buy-out, project cost control, change order management, and cost-to-complete
Understand the full scope of the project contract and negotiate changes as needed
Serve as a key leader to our project team, and provide clear communication and guidance to all team members
Earn the trust of clients by cultivating relationships, communicating swiftly, collaborating, and solving challenges
Ensure the timely completion of all job closeout procedures
Mitigate and manage project risk, and elevate concerns - and solutions - quickly to Project Operations and Field Operations leadership
Review all project documents including estimates, design drawings, specifications, and contracts
Chair project meetings including planning, progress updates, and reviews with customers
Maintain a high degree of safety on our work across the jobsite
