- Reviewing subcontractor approvals and performance
- Plan resource effectively and ensure internal processes are followed including monthly programme & forecast updates.
- Responsible for the delivery of M&E projects with our key client Frameworks
- Work with the Project, Commercial, Design & Operations team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Follow tender processes and supplier evaluations.
- Responsible for proactive management of health & safety, Site Inspection targets and liaison with clients and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with CDM.

- Hold appropriate qualifications and be able to display a sound understanding of relevant Legislation, CDM Regulations & duties and NEC Contracts
- Living in or around Portsmouth
- Have appropriate experience and a technical understanding of the M&E requirements in the Water Industry
- Require a full driving license and there will be an element of working away with the role as and when required.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills, with a strong focus on customer service and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Be well organised, have excellent customer skills and be IT literate in MS Office packages including MS Project
