Each day you’ll work at one of our recycling facilities serving over 20 million customers across the USA, operating equipment such as bulldozers, scrapers, and front‑end loaders. Your work is vital to our operation and will be recognized for its impact, while strict safety procedures protect all employees.

• Operate bulldozers, scrapers, and front‑end loaders in compliance with safety policies.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance, keeping accurate records.
• Move and position raw materials and finished components using material‑moving equipment.
• Follow standard operating procedures for equipment operation and maintenance.
• Works independently and takes ownership of safety guidelines.

Requirements

The job requires motor coordination, occasional handling of objects under 30 lb, and occasional exposure to cuts, burns, or toxic chemicals. Employees work in environments with dirt, odors, noise, and weather extremes for most of the day, in shop or field settings.

• Minimum one year of heavy‑equipment operating experience.
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to meet physical demands with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Pass pre‑employment drug test and physical examination.
• Communicates effectively and supports teammates.
• Demonstrates problem‑solving skills.

The starting salary is $20.00 per hour, dependent on experience, and you will enjoy stable hours for financial stability.
