- Responsible for overall cleanliness of all the organisation's facilities
- Assistant on site staff with maintenance and upkeep of all buildings, equipment and facilities
- Escort and assist service providers and contractors on site when required.
- Promote health and safety throughout the organisation.
- Undertake configuration and set-up duties for AV requirements for onsite events
- Report defects, deficiencies or health and safety related issues to the supervisor
- Ensure site and building security.
- Assistant in preparing grounds for seasonal event Christmas.
- Open and close the grounds at start or end of the day.
- Assist on site staff with daily duties such as event preparation.
- Conduct regular inspections of the site, facilities and equipment to assess conditions and readiness for visitors.
