Identify gaps for potential supply disruptions and provide actions for problem resolution.
Ensure the production schedule is provided in a timely manner and attend daily production meetings.
Monitor and maintain KPIs, and participate/lead RCPS meetings to identify actions for improvement and sustainability of planning processes (e.g., OTD, Sales, etc.).
Create a production schedule to fulfill customer needs while achieving productivity goals.
Audit and validate material master planning data.
Handle customer escalations and participate in meetings with CSR and customers when applicable.
Collaborate with different departments to achieve sales goals and customer requirements.
Participate in New Product introduction/transfer meetings, Inventory, EOL, and Change management.
Participate in weekly Business Unit SCM meetings to share weekly/monthly KPI performance.
Ensure quality management system (ISO-9001 and IATF16949) requirements and resources are fully integrated and available within all business processes.
Ensure compliance with EHS requirements and oversee the execution, inspection, and monitoring of work when scheduling suppliers/contractors at the plant premises.
Ensure department activities comply with the QMS (ISO-9001 and IATF16949) and quality policy, aligning with the strategic direction of the organization and business context.

Negotiation skills and experience in conferences with suppliers and customers.
3-5 years of experience in the materials area.

APICS CPIM Certification is a plus.

Proactive and organized.
Strong and recent experience in MRP, MPS, Min-Max tools.
SAP knowledge (must).
Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Participation or experience in projects related to product/line transfers desirable.
Microsoft Access/PBI is a plus.
Knowledge/understanding of Product BOM structure.
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain preferred.
Problem-solving analysis.
Highly advanced analytical and cognitive skills, especially related to daily, weekly, and monthly production planning activities (seasonals, weekly/monthly balance, others).
Communication skills and presentation (position will be involved in meetings/conferences with Sales and Customer service representatives).
