As Superintendent, you will oversee all on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality.

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with Project Managers, owners, architects, and engineers.
• Oversee quality control, problem-solving, and timely project delivery.
• Conduct site meetings, coordinate material deliveries, and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Manage daily jobsite operations, subcontractors, schedules, and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company procedures.
• Lead on-site construction activities for ground-up projects across multiple sectors.

Are you an experienced Construction Superintendent looking to take the lead on diverse, ground-up projects? Our client, a reputable General Contractor based in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a driven and highly organised Superintendent to join their growing team.

• Proven track record overseeing ground-up commercial, retail, education, restaurant, or multi-family projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore) is a plus.
• 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and project plans.
