This is a commission-based role with an average earning potential of $80,000–$140,000 per year. Actual earnings are based on individual performance and a variable commission rate of 15%-17% on net sales. Paid training is provided during the first 12 weeks to ensure your success at a pay range of $20.00 to $25.00. Training pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills & experience, among other factors.
